These are some of the greatest frequent inquiries that users send us. We invite you to send your query through the comments and we will try to add it to the list as soon as possible.

How to prepare the realme product for repair?

Before leaving your equipment in a realme authorized technical service such as ANOVO care for repair:

• make a backup (we'll explain it below),

•close your cloud session and remove lock screen passwords,

•locate the proof of purchase or invoice and take it with you,

•Bring both your device and the accessories you need help with.

Do I need to create a backup copy of my realme smartphone before taking it for service?

From realme it is recommended to create a backup before sending your device for repair due to possible software updates that may be made. To do this, you only have to access from your mobile realme to Settings> Additional Settings> Backup and restore> Make a new backup.

You can also use the Clone Phone feature to transfer the data to another phone. You can access it through the Tools> Clone Phone menu. Select "This is the new-fangled phone" on the device you are transferring to and "This is the old phone" on the device you want to copy. Scan the QR code on the new phone to start the copy. Make sure both computers are close and connected during the process.

If you have any questions, also consult this article about making a backup .

How to clean the phone so as not to damage it?

Phones tend to get dirty in their daily use. The speaker, the USB cable slot or the headphone jack can store dirt and can cause damage to the firmware or accumulate bacteria that are harmful to health (if you want to know how to disinfect your mobile, click here ).

To clean your phone, lightly dampen a lint-free cloth with distilled water. With a dry and soft toothbrush you can clean the grooves. If you see that you cannot clean the device, contact a technical service.

Eye! Never use a hot air dryer to remove dust as it could overheat the device. Also, do not try to remove the case as you could damage it.

How to check the status of my repair?

From ANVO care we offer you the mireparacion.anovo.es application to check the status of your repair when you need it.

From ANOVO we hope to have clarified any doubts about the realme guarantee. We invite you to send us your questions through the comments. Follow us on: Facebook , Instagram .
